The Democracy Development Foundation joins the AGBU call to stop Azerbaijan’s persecution of all Armenian prisoners of war and illegal detainees held in Baku. We are particularly concerned about the deteriorating health condition of Ruben Vardanyan, who has declared a hunger strike.
