The Human Rights Defender of the Republic of Armenia, Ms. Anahit Manasyan visited the “Tshakhruk” Cultural Centre NGO, located on the premises of the Kharberd Specialized Orphanage. The visit was dedicated to the birthday celebration of four members of the “Tshakhruk” Ethno Band.

The event was also attended by Ms. Marina Ghazaryan and Mr. Tigran Parsilyan, members of the Standing Committee on Protection of Human Rights and Public Affairs of the National Assembly, as well as representatives of the Human Rights Defender’s Office.

Ms. Anna and Ms. Anahit Mkhitaryan are the founders and directors of the band.
