On March 13, the Chair of the Standing Committee on European Integration of the National Assembly Arman Yeghoyan met with the students of the Friedrich Schiller University Jena (Germany) being in Armenia on one-week visit.
Welcoming the guests, Arman Yeghoyan presented the spheres of the activities of the Committee led by him, then he answered the students’ questions.
The young people studying the Master’s programme in the departments of Political Science and International Relations were interested in the latest developments in the RA-EU relations, in this context in the Armenian-German cooperation and the problems of the South Caucasus region.
Speaking about Armenia-European Union relations, Arman Yeghyan valued the deepening of bilateral cooperation in different spheres. The Committee Chair also touched upon the importance of the launch of the visa liberalisation dialogue by the European Union.
