By the Patriarchal decree of His Holiness Karekin II, Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenians, His Eminence Archbishop Vazgen Mirzakhanyan, have been relieved of his duties as Director of the Department of Church Conceptual Affairs of the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin, and is appointed Primate of the Armenian Diocese of the Baltic States as of March 25 of this year.
