The Azerbaijani Embassy in the Czech Republic sent a letter to the “One World Human Rights Festival” demanding that Alexis Pazumyan’s film “Black Garden” about Artsakh be removed from the festival program and not be screened.
The festival ignored the letter.
Nevertheless, the Turkish and Azerbaijani anti-human and anti-creative campaign continues, due to which two Armenian films have been censored because of Azerbaijan in 2024,
and we again demand that the Armenian Ministry of Foreign Affairs keep the works of Armenian creators about Armenians in the spotlight.
We demand that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs condemn Azerbaijan’s actions.
We demand that the same ministry send circulars to all Armenian embassies to keep Armenian films and all creative works in focus and, if necessary, take them under protection.
