Following Armenia’s ratification of the Rome Statute, it’s essential to establish clear regulations for cooperation with the International Criminal Court (ICC) — including responsible institutions, their roles, and the forms of legal assistance involved.
The Democracy Development Foundation, together with the Ministry of Justice of Armenia, organized a discussion on these topics.
