According to the rapporteur, a study of the sergeant system of Western states, as well as the armies of Eastern Europe, has shown that the sergeant system above the regimental level includes the presence of a general staff, army directions, and staff sergeants, which ensures the command vertical of the sergeant system.
The member of the NA Standing (Head) Committee on Defense and Security Vahagn Aleksanyan presented the endorsement of the Committee. He urged his colleagues to vote for the initiative.
