As part of his working visit to the Federal Republic of Germany, High Commissioner for Diaspora Affairs of the Republic of Armenia, Zareh Sinanyan, met with Armenian youth at the Embassy of Armenia in Berlin on May 18.
The meeting was also attended by Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to Germany, Mr. Viktor Yengibaryan.
During the discussion, the High Commissioner presented the key programs implemented by the Office of the High Commissioner for Diaspora Affairs, outlined opportunities for youth engagement, and responded to participants’ questions. He emphasized the importance of active youth involvement and invited the community to take part in the Armenian National Youth Forum 2025, which will take place in Yerevan from August 5 to 7.

Later that day, Mr. Sinanyan, accompanied by Ambassador Viktor Yengibaryan, visited the House-Museum of German publicist Johannes Lepsius in Potsdam. The museum is dedicated to the study of the Armenian Genocide in the Ottoman Empire and the history of the pro-Armenian humanitarian movement that emerged in Germany in the early 1900s.
Zareh Sinanyan and the Ambassador toured the museum with the researcher Dr. Hayk Martirosyan and got acquainted with the ongoing activities of the institution.
