On June 19, the Chair of the RA NA Standing Committee on Health Care Arsen Torosyan met with the Chairperson of the Healthcare and Social Issues Committee of the Parliament of Georgia Zaza Lominadze.
During the meeting, the parties touched upon the programmes implemented in the healthcare sector of the two countries, in particular, issues related to influenza vaccinations and medical insurance. In this context, the exchange of experience in the healthcare sector and the deepening of cooperation between the relevant committees were highlighted.
During the meeting, regional issues were also touched upon.
Highlighting the importance of such meetings, Zaza Lominadze noted that it is necessary to strengthen the centuries-old friendship between the two countries and develop cooperation.
