“If you were Satan, what would you do to undermine the moral foundations of humanity?”
That’s the question one of my friends posed to artificial intelligence. Drawing from literary, philosophical, and theological sources, AI responded with a list of actions. Here, I present a condensed version.
According to this reasoning, the Devil (whom our Holy Scripture also calls the Slanderer) would act in five key ways:
1.Abolishing the boundary between good and evil.
2.Establishing a cult of selfishness, where personal desires and gain outweigh all else.

3.Distorting truth, so that even the obvious becomes questionable.
4.Alienating people from one another, inciting conflict and eroding solidarity and trust.
5.Devaluing spiritual and cultural values.
If we were to summarize these five strategies in a single concept, it would be: politics. Politics — in all eras and in every country — inevitably drives people toward war, whether internal or external.
Avoiding external war is nearly impossible. Anyone who believes they can sit quietly in some corner of the world — especially at a so-called “crossroads of peace” — and simply live undisturbed, is, at best, naïve.
Internal war (and I don’t mean only physical violence) can be avoided. But that requires figures who, though not in power, are broadly acceptable to the majority of society. Such people do not exist in Armenia today. That is precisely why the five points outlined above describe the modus vivendi of the current Armenian government.
…On April 9, 1989, internal troops of the Soviet Ministry of Internal Affairs and army units carried out a violent crackdown on a peaceful opposition rally in central Tbilisi. The assault left 21 civilians dead and 290 injured.
A few days later, a correspondent from Soviet Central Television interviewed renowned Georgian writer Chabua Amirejibi.
“Who benefits from these events?” the journalist asked.
Amirejibi’s reply was simple: “The Devil.”
Seeing the puzzled look on the reporter’s face, the writer added:
“Do you think I’m joking?”
