The High Commissioner for Diaspora Affairs of the Republic of Armenia, Zareh Sinanyan, met with participants of the Armenian Assembly of America’s 2025 Summer Internship Program currently underway in Yerevan.
The Armenian Assembly of America is the largest, non-partisan Armenian-American advocacy organization in the United States.
Since 1972, the Assembly has continued to promote public awareness of Armenian issues, encourage greater Armenian-American participation in the American democratic process, and support humanitarian and development programs in Armenia, while strengthening U.S.-Armenia relations.
The internship program, which runs from June 16 to August 8, has brought together six participants from across the United States and Canada. These young professionals are interning at various state institutions, government bodies, and non-governmental organizations, gaining firsthand experience in Armenia’s public and civil sectors.
