On July 1, Foreign Minister of Armenia Ararat Mirzoyan held a phone call with Foreign Minister of Iran Seyed Abbas Araghchi.
The interlocutors discussed recent regional developments. Minister Mirzoyan expressed hope that the established ceasefire would be durable and could provide a real opportunity for negotiations.
Ararat Mirzoyan and Seyed Abbas Araghchi discussed issues of cooperation in multilateral platforms.
During the phone call, the issues of cooperation between the two neighboring and friendly countries in crisis situations were also touched upon.
