On August 12, Foreign Minister of Armenia Ararat Mirzoyan held a phone conversation with Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister of Kazakhstan Murat Nurtleu.
Minister Mirzoyan touched upon the outcomes of the previous week’s discussions in Washington with the participation of President Trump, which are of significant importance for ensuring lasting peace in the South Caucasus.
The Foreign Minister of Armenia expressed gratitude to Kazakhstan for sharing this vision and for the support provided in the process.
Ararat Mirzoyan and Murat Nurtleu exchanged views on expanding mutually beneficial and strategically oriented partnership between the two countries. The opportunities arising from the unblocking of regional communications and the development of the transport network were also touched upon.
