Within the framework of comprehensive tax audits initiated by the State Revenue Committee of the Republic of Armenia at “Electric Networks of Armenia” CJSC, a full inventory will also be conducted in about sixty warehouses of the Company starting from September 15 of this year.
Specifically, based on the instructions of Romanos Petrosyan, Preliminary Head of the Company, in order to conduct inventory of material assets in 61 warehouses of “ENA” CJSC, committees and corresponding working groups have been established.
The inventory process will include the stocktaking of fixed assets, equipment subject to installation, and reserves (material inventories), as well as examination of their actual availability.
Within the framework of the inventory of material assets at “ENA CJSC”, the following key activities will be carried out:

Examination of the accuracy of inventory records.
Review of procurement documents related to purchased goods.
Study of the quantity and range of acquired or produced but undocumented inventories.
Review of documentation related to inventory losses (losses substantiated by documentation).
Examination of documents related to the inflow and outflow of inventories.
As a result of the above-mentioned full inventory, it will be possible to obtain accurate and verified data, including:
The actual condition of the remaining material assets in the warehouses.
A list of goods in the warehouses that are unsuitable for operation.
For the purpose of ensuring the normal operation of the Company and properly planning the necessary procurements, lists of material assets available in the warehouses that are still fit for use shall be prepared. These lists will be utilized in the planned programs, thereby preventing duplicate purchases and the additional risks arising therefrom.
