On a side event organized by a state-supported Azerbaijani agency, the speaker referred to Nrnadzor (former Newvadi) village of Armenia’s Meghri region as part of Azerbaijan.
This is a clear example of state-backed weaponization of humanitarian issues to advance territorial claims against Armenia, while refusing to accept the internationally recognized borders of Armenia.
And this is all happening within the framework of the OSCE/ODIHR Human Dimension Conference in Warsaw.
