The results of Armenian chess players at the 2025 FIDE World Youth U14-U18 Chess Championship

Here are the results of Armenian chess players at the 2025 FIDE World Youth U14-U18 Chess Championship held in Durres, Albania.
In the Open U14 category, FM Manvel Arakelyan scored 8 points out of 11 and shared 3rd–7th places, taking 4th place on tiebreaks. In the same category, FM Tyhran Ambartsumian scored 7 points and Tigran Soghomonyan — 5 points.
In the Open U18 category, FM Rudolf Pashikyan scored 7.5 points, sharing 5th–12th places and finishing 11th on tiebreaks. FM Vahe Sukiasyan scored 7 points and took 13th place, while IM Robert Piliposyan scored 6.5 points.
In the Girls U18 category, Nvard Hayrapetyan scored 7 points, sharing 9th–14th places and finishing 13th on tiebreaks. Nvard also completed her first WIM norm.
In the Girls U16 category, Anahit Mkrtchyan and Ani Avetisyan scored 7 points, placing 17th and 18th respectively.
In the Open U16 category, FM Vache Hovakimyan scored 6.5 points.
In the Girls U14 category, Gabriela Harutyunyan scored 6 points.
Anahit Mkrtchyan (+196,8) and Nvard Hayrapetyan (+134) significantly improved their ratings during the championship.
