Leading specialist in communications and public relations, Associate Professor at the Faculty of Journalism of the Yerevan State University and President of the Armenian PR Association, Astghik Avetisyan, has been appointed to the international jury of the prestigious communications competition, Eventiada PR Awards.
The Eventiada PR Awards is one of the oldest and most influential awards in the Eastern European and CIS region, gathering leading professionals in PR, communications and marketing from over 25 countries. Organized by Eventiada Group under the auspices of the international association IPRA (International Public Relations Association), the competition aims to recognise the best communications projects characterised by innovation and social impact.
Astghik Avetisyan’s inclusion in the jury marks a significant international recognition of her professional achievements and her long-standing contribution to the development of the communications sector in Armenia, highlighting our country’s presence in the global PR community.
“Being part of the Eventiada PR Awards jury is both a great responsibility and a privilege. It serves as a platform to showcase the Armenian communications experience and our value-based approaches to the international professional community. Communication is no longer merely information transmission: it is the arena where public opinion, culture and value systems are formed. It is a great honour for me to represent Armenia on the international strategic communications stage,” said communications strategist and media expert Astghik Avetisyan.
The results of the awards will be announced in November 25, 2025 at the gala ceremony in Moscow, with the participation of leading professionals in communications, PR and marketing from around the world.
