Ucom and Impact Hub Yerevan organized a dedicated Speed-Mentoring event for the participants of the Ucom Fellowship Incubation Program 2025. The authors of environmentally focused projects had the opportunity to meet leading experts in sustainable development, business, and technology to further develop their initiatives based on technological and circular economy principles.
Participants received targeted guidance on business scaling, environmental program development, as well as strengthening communication, marketing, strategic planning, and fundraising processes.
Ucom’s Public Relations and Communications team also joined the group of mentors, providing specialized support in strategic messaging, communications planning, and public engagement.

We share our experience, mentorship, and sectoral knowledge to help accelerate growth and transform ideas into practical outcomes. That is why we remain committed to supporting projects that address environmental challenges and contribute to the country’s sustainable development,” said Ralph Yirikian, General Director of Ucom.
A joint initiative of Ucom and Impact Hub Yerevan, the Ucom Fellowship aims to strengthen innovative approaches addressing environmental challenges and support their transformation into viable, market-ready solutions.

For the 2025 cycle, ten participants were selected, presenting projects in the fields of green innovation, circular economy, sustainable energy, waste reduction, eco-tourism, biodegradable materials, educational technologies, and AI-optimized solutions.
This initiative underscores a shared commitment from both organizations to bridge the gap between visionary ideas and market-ready, sustainable solutions, strengthening Armenia’s position in the global green economy.
