On November 20, the Forum of Armenian Arts and Culture kicked off with a series of parallel seminar-discussions and visual art exhibitions by Armenian artists, on the topic of “Cultural Dialogue Platform.”
The first seminar-discussion focused on literature, where speakers presented recent developments in contemporary Armenian writing and highlighted current trends in prose, poetry, and literary translation. Participating authors and literature enthusiasts engaged in active dialogue, discussing themes, stylistic approaches, and various creative practices.
The seminar aimed to encourage direct interaction between readers and authors, create an interactive space for the exchange of ideas, and promote the visibility and development of Armenian literature to a wider audience.
The discussion was moderated by Poet and Translator Karen Khurshudyan, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Khachatur Abovian School attached to the Holy Translators’ Mother Church of Marseille, and Edward Militonian, President of the Writers’ Union of Armenia.
