In October 2025, “Zangezur Copper Molybdenum Combine” CJSC (ZCMC) published its Sustainability Report for the 2024 reporting year.
For four consecutive years, the Company has prepared its sustainability reports in accordance with internationally accepted standards. The 2024 Sustainability Report was also compiled in adherence to previously assumed commitments. This year’s report has undergone independent assurance, aimed at verifying the accuracy and transparency of the presented data by an independent third-party organization.
The assurance was conducted by “Grant Thornton Armenia” in accordance with the ISAE 3000 standard. The requirements of GRI, SASB, and IFRS S2 international standards were taken into account. Following an assessment process lasting approximately three months, a conclusion was formed confirming the reliability of the reporting within the framework of the aforementioned standards.
Minor omissions identified during the assurance process have been rectified and posted on the ZCMC website.

In this regard, Roman Khudoliy, General Director of ZCMC, stated:
“For the fourth consecutive year, ZCMC has published a sustainability report, maintaining its position as a leader in this field in Armenia. The external assurance of the report constitutes yet another significant step toward leadership in sustainability and compliance with global standards. It is important to emphasize that very few companies, not only in the mining sector but also in other industries, voluntarily set such a high benchmark for accountability and transparency. Independent assurance of reliability is not a formal procedure, but a reflection of our deep commitment to genuine sustainable development. We continue to view sustainable development as an integral part of the Company’s modernization and growth.”
