In response to media inquiries, we would like to inform that Ambassador Kvien will conclude her term of office in mid-January after three years of service in Yerevan. U.S. policy toward Armenia will not change following the Ambassador’s departure. The United States remains committed to its partnership with Armenia and looks forward to the further development of the strategic partnership between the United States and Armenia, as well as to the implementation of the bilateral agreements signed by President Trump and Prime Minister Pashinyan at the historic peace summit held on August 8 in Washington.
