A consultation was held under the leadership of Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, during which conceptual issues related to tax policy in the coming years were discussed.
Proposals for improving taxation systems and expected results were presented, issues aimed at optimizing tax policy and increasing the efficiency of tax administration were discussed. The consistent implementation of reforms in the sector and the improvement of the applied tools were emphasized, which will contribute to the facilitation of tax administration.
During the discussion, representatives of concerned departments presented their observations in the above-mentioned directions and made suggestions.
Prime Minister Pashinyan emphasized the need to change tax thinking, taking into account the new realities and opportunities being created. The Prime MInister instructed to continue the discussions and present solutions that will be aimed at simplifying the system and expanding the use of digitalization tools in the sector.
