U.S. Vice President J.D. Vance, together with his wife Usha Vance, arrived in the Republic of Armenia for a two-day official visit. At the airport, Vice President Vance was welcomed by the President of the National Assembly, Alen Simonyan; Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Vahan Kostanyan; Minister of Education, Science, Culture, and Sports, Zhanna Andreasyan; Mayor of Yerevan, Tigran Avinyan; and the Ambassador of Armenia to the U.S., Narek Mkrtchyan.
The U.S. Vice President has already arrived at Baghramyan 26, where he was received by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan. “I welcome U.S. Vice President James D. Vance to Yerevan,” Pashinyan wrote on social media.
