Interfax. Russia remains open to negotiations on settling the Ukraine crisis and is keeping in touch with the United States on this matter, Russian presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov said.
“Moscow is continuing contacts with the Americans via the available channels. We are receiving information on what’s happening. We welcome the continuation of U.S. efforts aimed at ensuring the necessary conditions for securing a settlement to the Ukraine issue,” Peskov told reporters on Wednesday.
