Zareh Sinanyan emphasized the role of Diaspora professionals and technology companies in the development of Armenia’s technological ecosystem

The High Commissioner for Diaspora Affairs of the Republic of Armenia, Zareh Sinanyan, is currently on a working visit to the United States.

On May 11, in Los Angeles, the High Commissioner visited DISQO, a customer experience (CX) research platform, and met with the company’s founders, Armen Adjemian, Drew Kutcharian, and Armen Petrosyan.

Founded in 2015 by three Diaspora Armenians, DISQO has grown into a rapidly expanding technology company that provides innovative customer experience and market research solutions to small, medium-sized, and large businesses. The company also operates a branch in Yerevan, where one of its main engineering and technology offices has been based since 2018.

During the meeting, the parties discussed prospects for expanding Armenia–Diaspora cooperation in the technology sector, as well as opportunities to further grow DISQO’s operations in Armenia. The interlocutors also exchanged views on current trends in artificial intelligence (AI), developments in data analytics and digital innovation, and the importance of engaging Armenian professional talent and strengthening international competitiveness in these fields.

High Commissioner Zareh Sinanyan emphasized the important role of Diaspora Armenian professionals and technology companies in the development of Armenia’s tech ecosystem, noting that such collaborations contribute to strengthening the country’s innovation capacity and expanding international partnerships.

As part of his working visit, the High Commissioner also held meetings in Los Angeles with representatives from various business and technology circles.
