With just a few days remaining until the Sevan Startup Summit 2026 concludes, the event continues to bring together founders, international mentors, investors, and innovators from around the world. Since 26 July, the summit has served as a dynamic platform for networking, knowledge sharing, and investment opportunities.
During the event, Frank Hess, Head of Cooperation at the EU Delegation to Armenia, spoke about the Summit’s significant contribution to Armenia’s innovation ecosystem and its role in empowering young entrepreneurs in Armenia and beyond. He highlighted that this is precisely why the European Union is proud to support the initiative.
The EU is supporting Armenia in building a more diversified, innovative, and inclusive economy — one that creates greater opportunities to live, work, and innovate.
“As a small, open economy with a strong entrepreneurial spirit, Armenia must continue to compete globally with high-quality, differentiated products. To do so, investing in education, IT, innovation and research is essential,” said Frank Hess.
