The Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Federal Republic of Germany to the Republic of Armenia, Claudia Busch, visited the Matenadaran.
During her visit, Ambassador Busch toured the museum, explored its newly established infrastructure, and became acquainted with the state-of-the-art equipment introduced by the Matenadaran in the fields of digital technologies and manuscript conservation.
Ambassador Busch highly praised the scope and diverse activities of the Matenadaran and underscored the importance of the participation of German scholars in the International Armenological Congress. The parties agreed to meet again in the near future to discuss a concrete agenda for Armenian–German cooperation.
