This one-of-a-kind carpet celebrates the 250th anniversary of American independence. It combines Armenia’s centuries-old carpet-weaving tradition with milestones in American history.
The weaving began at our Independence Day celebration in June, when the Chargé d’Affaires, Embassy staff, and guests each tied a knot.
