According
to Lyudmila Haroutiunian the politicians who strive for the present authority
don’t imagine clearly the appeals against Armenia.By the impression of
the head of "Dignity" party Lyudmila Haroutiunian preparatory electoral
campaign is being carried out. And more, "there are all signs that the elections
have already begun for some people,"- she says. Looking at the " parade
of self-demonstration of different people, levels, styles, approaches realized
by financial resources" Lyudmila Haroutiunian feels a lack of nothing: "Though
the parade is for society but now it doesn’t display any sign of liveliness."
The reason is that the elections for our society are in 2-3 years or, which is
more possible "the society isn’t used to make the elections the process of
defense of its own interests and it acts in the most primitive business way."
Analyzing the past and the results of previous elections, the professor L. Haroutiunian
doesn’t exclude that the society will review its approaches. Our interlocutor
asks some questions to the persons who went out for self-demonstration. "Do
they know that even the elections are in constitutional term Armenia is now in
complicated situation that the Karabakh issue may not demand signature of documents
in the following three years but not more than three years. Changes must be done,
Atkinson’s report will be responded in three years by an important decision which
they will sign that the corruption is general and the formed commissions aren’t
powerful towards corruption and the figure who will lead Armenia and wise men
must assume the reforms. Armenia is in a period now which has destroyed the past

has an impression " those who dream know very well what they expect to win
but they don’t do very well what they will have to do and what they will answer
for. There is nothing to divide in Armenia and the redistribution is more difficult."
She doesn’t see anyone in political stage who has a clear idea about the modern
European legislation, social charter and those rules of the game it must submit
to. "There is a new world with the U.S. privilege and Russian loose, settled
conflicts in favor democracy. The example is the beginning revolution in Lebanon.
And Armenia doesn’t know when those meetings will start in our streets,"-L.
Haroutiunian says. She isn’t against these "self-demonstrations" but
she is for "the parade of parties, projects." The only method for Armenian
of fighting for Karabakh L. Haroutiunian considers the level of assignment of
democratic criteria. "The time may work in favor of us if Azerbaijan doesn’t
threaten with its oil as it was in 1918. The milliards of oil may come to Azerbaijan
but it won’t strengthen the country as it isn’t also has democratic mechanisms.
The price of oil will be equal to the price of democracy. Everybody knows the
price of oil but doesn’t know the price of democracy. Democracy, role in region
and alliances were you participate have their price in 21 century." So it
is important for L. Haroutiunian the work where the war obstructing the oil will
be more important as a result than dollars paid for oil pipeline."The
society must understand that if a judge bring to rapid trial without giving the
right to have advocate that judge reduce our chances in winning Karabakh conflict,"-
L. Haroutiunian says. She asks to remember how Pinochet and Nuriega finished how
