Khosrov Harutiunyan is sure.
“It seems that the majority of the population is indifferent towards the policy, but it isn’t true”, – Khosrov Harutiunyan who has nominated his candidacy in N10 polling station, thinks, summarizing the first phase of the campaign. The contacts with the constituency of Kentron and Nork Marash communities show that voters have followed the development of events. They understand who is who. People follow, give remarks and make conclusions. So nobody can be embarrassed by beautiful words. But people are disappointed and express it by indifference”. Mr. Harutiunyan notes that there is some sort of complaint from the activities of last two National Assemblies. “A man gives an example, the state budget is being discussed and only three lawmakers are present at the hall. Tell me please, where are the parliamentarians who have given a lot of promises. Mr. Harutiunyan also thinks: “I cite from my meetings, the lawmaker use the legislative for everything: as a support, possibility for personal immunity, to protect his business, but not a political body.” Against this background, our population becomes decisive to exert influence on the process of the parliament’s formation. Mr. Harutiunyan is also sure that according to the new Constitution, the parliament has more opportunities to solve our everyday problems. Consequently, “our prosperity depends on those persons whom we’ll trust to represent our problems in the parliament. People realize that they should start normalizing our reality just from the parliament», – Khosrov Harutiunan says. There is an appreciable shift for the participation in the elections in the public conscience. That interest is based on the fact of realizing the own responsibility and decisiveness, I’ll vote to prevent irregularities. “
Mr. Harutiunyan is surprised at the fact that people are well informed about his activities, in particularly his activities in the legisltive sphere: «I don\’t repair elevators or roads but I know what laws to adopt and how to do for everybody to have his work. I am in a complete harmony with my voters»,- Zkhosrov Harutiunyan is sure.
Emphasizing the NA exclusive and responsible role determined by the updated Constitution, Mr. Harutiunyan concludes: «We succeeded in formation of the atmosphere of confidence for the future with the help of dialogue with our constituency. For the sake of our children\’s Armenia, for what we are responsible, this can be the slogan of these elections. I\’m sure that our generation will be able to make this country a state».
