Samvel Harutyunyan, an Armenian referee of international level, has been included in the list of 60 referees of Olympic level and is a candidate to judge boxing matches in London. In his words, Stepan Ghazaryan, his teacher, the coordinator for International Boxing Federation and the head of referee commission, who has arrived in Armenia the other day, informed him about that.
Samvel Harutyunyan has been the only referee in Armenia so far who has been appreciated so highly at the threshold of the 2012 Summer Olympics.
