Yerevan―Heritage Party leader Raffi K. Hovannisian today met with the IMF delegation led by IMF Mission Chief toArmenia Mark Horton. During the discussion, the interlocutors discussed the financial and economic challenges facingArmenia, the possibilities of a second wave of global recession, andArmenia’s role in the global economy. The republic’s domestic challenges and pre-election environment were also discussed.
Later in the day, Hovannisian received
French Ambassador to Armenia Henri Reynaud, and conferred with him on current regional developments, international priorities, and matters of concern to Armenia’s domestic politics.
