Let us remind that non-partisan Armen Avdalyan nominated in the same electoral district as Gagik Tsarukyan has withdrawn his candidacy.
“Someone is nominated against an oligarch, then he withdraws his candidacy, which brings no glory to both Gagik Tsarukyan and a set of other oligarchs. I would like Mr. Tsarukyan to win the election fairly… in that case, I would respect him more,” said Ms. Bakhshyan.
