During a conversation with www.aravot.am, Lyudmila Sargsyan, the chairman of the Social Democrat Hunchakian Party (SDHP) nominated on the ANC list for proportional representation, thought reasonable not to rule out anything. The ANC always stated that the RPA had chances to get 3% in the May 6 election, therefore, we asked L. Sargsyan to assess the PAP chances. She answered, “The PAP has more chances than the RPA. Wherever we go, we see that the PAP has more supporters and the RPA has no supporters, it just has administrative leverage, by which it brings every citizen of the Republic of Armenia.” www.aravot.am inquired from Ms. Sargsyan whether they had forgotten that the PAP was still in coalition with the RPA, therefore, whether they weren’t afraid that the PAP would return to the RPA one day. L. Sargsyan stated, “They are all our rivals, but since the PAP has also a task of maintaining votes and ensuring a fair election, since it senses that it has votes, we also have that task, therefore why shall we not cooperate at the moment? We cooperate with the Prosperous Armenia Party at the moment and in the future, I don’t rule out cooperation with the Heritage Party and the ARF.” www.aravot.am also listened to Ms. Sargsyan’s comment on the theory,
according to which, the RPA would change the Rule of Law Party (RLP) for the Heritage Party in the short run, “I would like it not to be so, however, I don’t rule out anything.”
