As we have already informed, yesterday, between 6 and 6:30 p.m., a group of young men attacked the DIY club located in Parpetsi St., Yerevan, again. They burned the posters “No to fascism” and “Your explosives will not frighten me,” which were pasted by the management of the club. Armine Oganezova, aka Tsomak, the owner of the club, told www.aravot.am that she had caught the young people red-handed – they were 16-18 years old. “They organized a new terrorist act – they lit a fire at the entrance, spat in the vicinity, dropped cigarette butts. They proved once again that they were members of a fascist club – they were saying ‘Heil, Hitler!’ all the time. After a short verbal skirmish with them, I said that I was calling the Police and let those who were brave stay – only two of them stayed, the others escaped.”
According to A. Oganezova, the two young men were brought in and interrogated. She said that she didn’t know yet whether the young men had been released or not. “The parents of those two young men came to the police station and I had a long conversation with them, they told me that their sons were often absent from classes and went to some meetings. The mother of one of the boys told that the elder son taught the younger brother who was one year old ‘Heil, Hitler!’ and other phases like that. Both young men are from socially unprotected families.”
Let us mention that the public relations department of the Police of the Republic of Armenia communicated to www.tert.am that the DIY club had not been attacked yesterday.
