Let us remind that yesterday the court decided to sustain the motion of Mher Arshakyan, ethnographer Hranush Kharatyan’s counselor. Mr. Hayrapetyan’s counselors should present R. Hayrapetyan’s signature certified by a notary or defendant Ruben Hayrapetyan himself should attend, in order to dispel H. Kharatyan’s doubts.
