The decision made by the Court of Cassation on 8 May regarding the case of ANC youth is sent to the parties on 26 June, but had stated that the case was sent to the parties on 28 June. “It was done late, but it documents that the process has already started and we will have the date of appointing the hearing.”,- said the ANC activist Areg Gevorgyan, today, in front of the Prosecutor’s Office in support for the protest of ANC activists on every Friday. He complained that the case of the activists is delayed. “The enforcement agencies are always trying to delay the case by using all possible methods. If it requires an hour to send the case, these authorities using the reasonable term of formulation, do it in 2-3 months. In the the course of what they decide what to do with it, is another issue. The authorities are trying to gain time, to think about their next step and to choose the appropriate time. Even in such places they demonstrate criminal mode of action.” The ANC member Vladimir Karapetyan continued,- “None of us has forgotten the nature of these authorities. They have sent hundreds of people to prison with an incentive to keep their chairs, we have political prisoners, our rate has fallen down in the world, we are deprived of the “Millennium Challenge” program, now it seems we are losing the conference of donors sponsored by the EU. And this is the style of this authorities, nothing is changed.”
