On April 10, 22-year-old resident of Verin Karmiraghbyur village of Tavush marz Arsen Khojoyan, returned to Armenia from Azerbaijan, was examined at the Ijevan Medical Center, then moved to “St. Gregory the Illuminator” medical center. Defense Ministry Spokesperson Artsrun Hovhannisyan informed that must be examined there to find out whether he has health problems. According to our reliable information, Arsen Khojoyan does not look like an Armenian returned to Armenia from Azerbaijan, he has no health problems and he was not tortured in Azerbaijan.
