“The intensifying socio-economic situation in Armenia can result in the fact that if war happens, the victory of 1992-1994 will not reoccur.” This opinion was expressed by the Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party, the first secretary of Vanadzor Municipal Committee of the Communist Party Andranik Ghukasyan in the interview with Aravot.am. He noted that the intensifying socio-economic situation in the country affects the psychology of people; people are becoming depressed.
“If Armenia’s socio-economic situation is gradually deteriorated, this means that people are already depressed in the psychological sense,” said Andranik Ghukasyan. He noted that in this situation, the issue of quality defense of country’s borders is also becoming uncertain. “If a man only thinks about today’s bread, how he can think about protecting the borders of his country,” wrapped up the first secretary of Vanadzor Municipal Committee of the Communist Party.
