We asked a question to Azeri political scientist Zardusht Alizadeh in village Tekali, Georgia, about the case of the well-known journalist Rauf Mirkadirov, arrested in Azerbaijan by the charges of state treason. Alizadeh said, “I, as a political scientist, was asked what I think about this case. I am always trying to think realistically, the journalist, including Azeri journalist, has no access to state secrets. However, if Rauf Mirkadirov, Leyla and Arif Yunus spouses have transferred a state secret to Armenians, then the appearance of the 4th person in the case is fully legitimate, who should mandatorily work either in the presidential administration office or the Ministry of Defense or the Ministry of National Security or the Ministry of Defense Industry. If there is no such 4th person, so this means dropping drugs into the pocket of a believer, or detecting a “Molotov cocktail” at the youth «NIDА» movement activist’s house”.
