Rudolf Safrazbekyan’s complaint consists of twenty-six pages, and the lawyer of the complainant is the renowned attorney Vahe Hovhannisyan. Rudolf Safrazbekyan (in the photo), whom “Aravot” newspaper has often introduced, is known by the nickname “Udi”. As informed by Udi, a few days ago, the ECHR Secretariat letter informed him that a complaint is received.
A 80-year-old citizen has spent over fifty and more years of his life in Armenia’s and Russia’s detention facilities. By falsifying the documents of his father’s house without his awareness, the government has demolished his house located on 55 Spandaryan Street under the name of “state needs”.

The RA Passport and Visa Department had issued a reference saying that he was not “married”. He had turned to three court instances to recover the right to his property, and compensation of his rights, but the domestic courts had given a negative response, rejecting the applicant.
