The 11-th annual DigiTec technological exhibition starts on October 2. This year DigiTec is exceptional in both the broad geography and the number of the participating companies.
The three-day international exhibition, which is entitled “Fest for technological Armenians”, will bring together about 170 companies and 40 000 visitors under one roof. Besides the Armenian companies (PicsArt, Zangi, Joomag, Triada Studio and others) succeeded in the local and international market, a number of companies from the USA, China, Taiwan, Russia, Sweden, Ukraine, Belarus, Georgia and Iran (Ericsson, Huawei, Keysight Technologies, Calix and others) participate in the largest technological exhibition of the region.
The Business Development Director of Ericsson in Northern Europe and Central Asia Kiril Morozov as DigiTec 2015 participant has said “DigiTec exhibition offers a unique platform, which makes possible to discuss the problems of the further development of digital infrastructure and the necessary ways to realize the full potential of the modern technologies.”
Hayk Yesayan, the director of Ucom company which is the Platinum sponsor of DigiTec 2015, has mentioned: “This year again our company will present itself with a unique pavilion, new surprises and innovative offers. In addition, during the exhibition the prominent Armenian grand masters will compete with a computer chess program. The latter has been created by our compatriot and it is not inferior to the leading trio of the chess robot program of the world. RoboFest festival, Game Hackathon, DigiLife seminars, as well as a number of cultural events will also be held.
DigiTec 2015 will be held on October 2-4 in “Yerevan Expo” exhibition complex. The annual exhibition is organized by UITE under the high patronage of the Prime Minister of RA. This year the platinum sponsor of the exhibition is Ucom company.
