The index of infertility in our country, according to official data, is 17%, while, according to the World Health Organization, the infertility over 15% is considered a critical indicator. And the more infertile couples become, the demand for surrogate mothers is increasing. We come across to the posters saying, “I am looking for a surrogate mother” in the places where there are many young people and students. For many couples, surrogate mother’s service to infertile families is a happiness of having a child and an opportunity for many people to earn big money by “selling” a child. Although the RA law bans the services of surrogate mother, however, some experts believe that the service of a surrogate mother can be not a good will for many people but a business. The law does not regulate the service cost of a surrogate mother, even if it regulates, it will not prevent some people’s appetite to make money, unless it is made free. This service in our country is within the range of 15-30 thousand dollars. Incidentally, the announcement was not by the medical facility, it is disseminated by an individual citizen.
