The visit of Templar Knights to Armenia is expected in May

Under the initiative of sovereign military congregation of the Temple of Jerusalem named after King of Cilicia, Levon I the Magnificent, (Armenian templiers), it is planned to have the visit of Templars from other countries to Armenia. The Supreme Leader of the congregation, Bagrat Lalayan, informed Aravot.am about this. “In May 2015, in the framework of organized event, Knights from different countries arrived in Yerevan and visited the Genocide Memorial. The Templars issued a document in accordance with the international congregation, recognizing the Armenian Genocide. It is planned that this year, in May, the Templars will also visit Armenia and this initiative is going to be continual. We will be using our contacts and opportunities for promoting the recognition of the Armenian Genocide internationally,” he said.
