Message to Hilary Clinton

Dear madam secretary! I’m Dr.Karen Ohanjanyan, coordinator of Nagorno-Karabakh Committee of “Helsinki Initiative-92”.

First of all I would like to express you my great sympathy for your presidential campaign and wish you to become the first woman president of USA.

Madam Secretary, today Azerbaijani military forces started large scale military operation against Nagorno-Karabkh and we have a big number of casualties from both sides.

I remember when you were acting secretary of states in Astana ministerial summit had a ponderable speech about conflict resolution over Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.

Today early in the morning cease fire agreement was roughly violated by Azerbaijanian authorities.

I as a representative of Nagorno-Karabakh urge you to raise your voice against the violations that currently is taking place in Nagorno-Karabakh.

I know that you as passionate woman are for peace and justice and your voice in this regard will be a big support to the peaceful people of Nagorno-Karabakh.
