AGBU Europe congratulates the people of Nagorno-Karabakh -Artsakh on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of their republic.

The Republic of Artsakh declared its independence on September 2, 1991. It has since overcome overwhelming odds in establishing a state, its institutions and its civil society.

Karabakh is supported by many around the world who have witnessed this extraordinatry adventure. AGBU is among them.
