Press department of the Artsakh Republic government has published an interim report about the financial information about the funds raised since April 4, 2016 in the special governmental account and their distribution.
According to the source, the period of April 4, 2016 – January 1, 2017 the total sum of the transfers to Artsakh has reached 5,484,130,100 AMD received from 7,903 physical and legal entities. The number includes the money transfers by foreign currency received as follows: 2,519,339,800 AMD, 5,032,601 US Dollars, 180,428 Euros and 62,631,827 Rubles.
The government informs that of the donated amount the government has spent around 6,003,654,100 AMD as of January 1, allocated for different programs – for the ongoing needs of the Defense Army of the NKR, acquiring military hardware and equipment, engineering works, implementation of transport, communication and other infrastructure projects by the Defense Army, financial support to decommissioned servicemen and volunteers among them.
