The situation in the Line of Contact between Artsakh Republic (NKR) and Azerbaijan was relatively calm overnight to March 8-9. As the Press Service of the Defense Army of the Artsakh Republic reports, Azerbaijani forces broke the ceasefire across the contact line over 40 times, firing around 450 shots from weapons of different calibers toward the Armenian positions.
Artsakh frontline units mainly refrained from taking countermeasures and continued confidently carrying out their combat duties.
