“We have not refused to dialogue in any format, but if the one standing opposite you (meaning Azerbaijan – edit.) does not accept these options, you want to say again, shall I give the land?” said ANC parliamentary candidate Vardan Ayvazyan at the “Tesaket” press club, referring to ANC leader Levon Ter-Petrosian’s interview. He commented on Levon Ter-Petrosyan’s allegation that if the RA authorities declare that they are ready to accept the “Madrid principles”, the international community will suppress Azerbaijan. “However, Azerbaijan does not accept it. Who said that it is accepting?” asked Vardan Ayvazyan.
We mentioned that according to “Congress-PPA” members, Azerbaijan actually agrees to the “Madrid principles”. “Has Azerbaijan showed a sealed document on its consent?” said Vardan Ayvazyan. He also expressed an opinion about the bloody incidents registered in participation of the RPA rating candidates, “I can assume that they are incidents happening in our everyday life which mostly are politicized.”
