In Ajapnyak administrative district, Justice Minister Arpine Hovhannisyan talking to the journalists after the RPA campaign referred to the fact of recordings of 144 schools and kindergartens directors.
She said that the RPA HQ has issued a statement, “Currently, I do not have much to add, but when I will completely go through the recordings, I have heard only a part of it…” To the question about her impressions, the Minister replied, “At this point, let me not give any assessment, I will go through the whole recording and then I will make a statement and the reaction will follow.”
She did not answer whether it can be qualified as an administrative violation, misuse of resources or not. In her words, “For example, I have heard a recording where there is such a clear statement that we are not involving the parents but working with the principle of the HQ and so on. Therefore, now, I would refrain from giving any assessment. When I fully go through the recordings, I will say.”
